一、活動期間：即日起至10月20日止（郵寄送件者以郵戳為憑）。
二、參賽組別及對象：設籍花蓮縣縣民及本縣各公私立國民中學校之學生，民眾組及國中學生組，共二組。參賽作品每人以1件為限。
